Selective Delivery
There are two ways by which BIT can support your targeted marketing
initiatives:
- Criteria contained within the data file
In some cases, your selective delivery criteria may be based
upon data that is contained within your data file. For example,
BIT can provide a specific insert to all account holders who have
a designated relationship code. Or BIT can deliver a certain
statement message to account holders who live in a specific zip code
range. We look within your institution’s data file to
determine the recipients, based in instructions that you provide.
- Separate output file of recipients
In other cases, you may use an MCIF or data warehouse to
run queries on your designated criteria. The application would
then generate an output file of the accounts that should
be included in the marketing campaign. For example, on a Debit
Card campaign, you would generate a list of account holders who do
not have a Debit Card, but meet the CU’s criteria for
having one. BIT then merges your output lists with your data
file to determine which marketing campaigns to deliver to
each account holder.
All marketing campaigns are communicated to BIT online through
the Campaign section of your Client Center
for ease and accuracy.
Let us help you enhance your marketing results by utilizing selective
delivery to target the right account holder with the right offer at the
right time.
