Laser Printing

Your financial institution will benefit from BIT’s investment in today’s latest printing and mailing equipment technology. Our production facilities are equipped with the latest laser printing machines. BIT supports simplex or duplex statement printing, allowing you more flexibility and substantial reduction in paper, printing, and postage costs. Productivity, consistent superior image quality, and high-speed single pass duplexing are just a few of the many benefits. Variable data print is available as well.

CASS and Delivery Point Bar Code Applications

All address files are compared against the USPS national database for corrective standardization. The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces. Once this is complete, an 11-digit bar code is appended to the address block for maximum postal presort discounts. Presort postal discounts are passed back to the financial institution.

Other Forms

In addition to statements, BIT supports daily notices, such as NSF notices and certificate maturity notices. We also support VISA statements, escrow analysis statements, financial institution newsletters, annual tax forms, and more.

Statement Stock and Envelopes

BIT will requisition and warehouse all necessary statement forms and envelopes. All forms are printed on 24# laser quality paper, along with matching security envelopes. BIT provides an online inventory system, so the financial institution can monitor the amount of stock and envelopes that BIT has in inventory at all times.
