Getting Started
Simple Set-Up Process
Together, we determine the appropriate layout of your statements,
whether you want to mirror the paper statements you use today, or
look into reformatting the statements for ease of use. Our programmers
then create the output template to meet your criteria.
The financial institution sends BIT a test file of the data from your host
processor, and we parse that file into a SQL database, so the data
can easily be dropped into the output template that has been developed
for your financial institution. BIT then provides live samples for your review
and approval.
Training and Testing
BIT provides all of the training you need to ensure that your eStatement
program administrators are fluent in using the Administrator Platform
tools.
Then, BIT works with you to test the eStatement service with your
employees, making sure that your team is fully comfortable with
the program before launching the service to your account holders.
Promoting the Service
You promote the availability and benefits of eStatements on your
website and in your marketing materials.
BIT delivers the eStatements in Adobe Acrobat© format, so account holders can see their statements in the exact format as the paper
statement, if you choose to match the exact format. Since the statements
are provided in PDF format, account holders are prompted how to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader© (at no charge) if they don’t already
have that application on their PC.
