About the Client Center

BIT provides an online Client Center to support the transfer of information between our organizations. Functions include:

• Posting of data files to the FTP site.

• Online submission of campaign instructions each statement cycle. Capabilities include attaching files of statement messages, envelope messages, eStatement inserts, and recipient files for targeted delivery.

• Inventory management for statement stock and envelopes that are being warehoused both on site and off site. Also provides inventory management for materials on order.

• Automated email status notifications to keep you abreast of activities regarding your institution's statement production.
