Administrator Platform
Program Statistics
Through the Administrator function, the financial institution can access
and download various statistics. Each category provides a count,
as well as detailed information to help you track your account holders.
Occasionally, an account holder may not provide the correct information
matching your account holder file during the registration process, and
their registration will not be successful. The Administrator lets
you identify account holders with unsuccessful registrations, and the reason(s)
why. Our proactive clients take that list and contact those account holders
to assist them in completing their registrations.
Account Holder Communications
There are a number of email communications that are generated
as part of the eStatement program. The Administrator enables you
to control what those messages say, and at what intervals they will
be sent.
- As for what those messages say, the Administrator will come
with standard default messages. You can substitute your own messages
instead, and change them any time you choose. The Administrator
is where you manage that process for all system emails, as well
as the user agreement and disclosure information.
- As for when these messages are sent, the Administrator enables
you to set the number of days until reminder messages are sent
to those account holders who haven’t accessed their statements.
You determine if a second reminder should be sent to those account holders
who still haven’t accessed their statements, and if so,
how many days after the first reminder.
You also control the number of months of statements that remain
visible to the account holders on a revolving basis. Although many providers
charge per month to maintain the eStatements on their servers, BIT
maintains each eStatement on our server for 12 months for account holder
access, at no extra charge.
To facilitate research of account holder inquiries, the application provides
six different search options. The Administrator platform also contains
an account holder Edit area, where you can view the account holders’ profile
data. This is helpful for troubleshooting any account holder issues, and
gives you the capability to make changes on their behalf to certain
data fields.
